All intellectual property rights in the work product created by Nexora Codes shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. Nexora Codes retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balance due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
